HAUPPAUGE, NY – July 17, 2025 – Logan Finance Corporation, a recognized leader in the Non-QM space, today announced the promotion of Dave Weatherford to Executive Vice President of TPO Production, effective immediately.
The promotion follows Logan Finance’s launch of its new Open Road product series, seven specialized Non-QM mortgage solutions designed to help brokers and correspondents serve borrowers who fall outside conventional lending guidelines. This new series expands Logan’s already robust suite of Non-QM offerings and is designed to close the financing gap affecting millions of creditworthy borrowers, including self-employed professionals, real estate investors, and foreign nationals.
Weatherford brings more than 25 years of mortgage industry experience to his expanded role. Since joining Logan Finance, he has played a critical role in accelerating the success of the company’s East Division and building strategic relationships across the mortgage ecosystem.
