Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 18 years old and registered attendees of the conference.
• Employees, affiliates, agents, and family members of the conference organizers or any associated sponsors are not eligible to participate.
• Employees and representatives of mortgage industry vendor, service, or support entities are not eligible.

Entry

• Entry is free with conference registration.
• Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

• The prize drawing will take place on August 19 at 12:00pm Pacific at the Pendry Newport Beach, CA in the Pavilion & Terrace Ballroom.
• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

• The prize is a Whale Watching experience by https://newportwhales.com/ valued at $500.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or other goods and services.
• All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

• The winner will be announced at the conference and notified via the contact information provided during registration.
• The winner must be present at the conference to claim the prize. If the winner is not present, a new winner will be drawn.
• If the prize is not claimed within 30 minutes of the announcement, it will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

• By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the conference organizers, sponsors, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the drawing or the use of the prize.

• Any disputes arising from this drawing will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
• Any claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this drawing but in no event attorneys’ fees.
• Participants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages.

• The conference organizers reserve the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the drawing, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the drawing, as determined by the organizers in their sole discretion.
• The conference organizers reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the drawing or violates these Official Rules.
