As we head into the Thanksgiving holiday, I want to take a moment to share my sincere gratitude for each of you. This season naturally inspires reflection, and when I look back on this past year at Logan Finance, one thing is abundantly clear: our strength comes from our people.

We have asked a lot of you this year—new processes, new systems, new expectations, and a renewed commitment to who we are and the experience we deliver. You embraced it all with resilience, curiosity, and a genuine desire to make Logan better. That spirit is something I am deeply thankful for.

This year, we took on some of the largest initiatives in our company’s history.

• We grew significantly in our capital markets strategy, launching our Open Road suite of products and expanding relationships with additional investors—giving Logan greater flexibility, competitiveness, and the ability to offer more solutions to our customers.
• Our Business Teams led the way with major transformative projects—from Xpanse IDP, which is already reshaping how we manage documents and data, to Sapiens AUS, which will set the stage for a smarter, faster, more consistent lending experience for our customers and clients.
• We embraced enterprise-wide change management, not as a buzzword, but as a discipline—working together to build a culture where transparency, communication, accountability, and readiness are at the center of how we evolve.
• We transitioned LoganConnect to a dedicated development team, enabling us to get laser-focused on client experience and proactively build tools that meet the needs of brokers, correspondents, and our growing customer base. This shift will define the next generation of our technology.
• We continued investing in our culture—not just talking about our values but working intentionally to live them: Lead by Example. One Team. Growth. Accountability. Non-QM Excellence. These aren’t posters on a wall. They show up in the way you support each other, solve problems, and champion the Logan Experience every day.
• Learning & Development and Business Development expanded dramatically, empowering our internal teams with new skills while also delivering more education to our customers than ever before. We are building a community of experts—inside and outside our walls.
• We enhanced our technology platforms to make workflows easier, faster, and more reliable—because your time and your talent should be spent on meaningful work, not wrestling with inefficiency.
• We grew our sales team by consistently looking for new AEs who want to do high quality non-QM Lending the right way, for the long term with Logan.
• We expanded our investor base by adding a few more select, best in class non-QM investors including Blackstone and Morgan Stanley.

And across every department—from sales to ops, from capital markets to compliance, from tech to finance—your commitment to excellence and your belief in what Logan can become is what makes all of this possible. I am so very proud of this elite team we have assembled here at Logan, from top to bottom.

For all of this, and so much more, I am thankful for you.

As you step away for the holiday, I hope you find time to rest, recharge, and enjoy the people who matter most. Know that your work matters, your contributions matter, and you matter—to me, to your leaders, and to the future we are building together.
